You should send specifications such as: dimensions, material, plans or drawings (if you already havethem), tolerances, volumes desired of production, delivery times and any another information that define the product. Is always desirable a physical sample of the piece or product, in case you have it.

R. Custometal, S.A. de C.V. assures the strict confidentiality of any material that receives and if the client desires, a letter of confidentiality is signed.

R. Generally with the information provided in question one, with rare exceptions.

R. The time depends on the particular project . Generally it does not take more than 1 week (at least to get an approximate idea).
